By using the Velocit platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

2.1 Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must create a vendor account to list vehicles for rent and provide accurate shop and vehicle details.
• Vendors are responsible for monitoring sales and performance.
• Vendors must handle all inquiries related to cancellations and refunds directly with users.

2.2 User Responsibilities

• Users must create a user account to view and book vehicles.
• Payments for bookings are processed through eSewa or offline as agreed upon with the vendor.
• Users must communicate directly with the vendor for any issues related to bookings or cancellations.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations are not supported once a booking is made.
• Velocit acts solely as a platform for listing and booking vehicles. Any cancellation or refund issues must be resolved between the vendor and the user.
• Velocit is not liable for disputes arising from cancellations or refunds.

4. Commission Policy

• Velocit charges a 5% commission on vehicle rental sales. Commission is not applied to accessory sales.
• Vendors refusing to pay the commission will have their accounts deactivated until the commission is paid in full.
• Commission payments are monitored and enforced by Velocit.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Velocit is not liable for accidents, theft, or damages related to rented vehicles.
• The platform does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the vehicles listed by vendors.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Kathmandu, Nepal.

7. Privacy

Velocit values your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle user data.

8. Changes to Terms

Velocit reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users and vendors will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
